Oh, hi, it’s me again, Illy with X-Force Body… and you’ve caught me asleep! I’m taking a little nap. I guess you have entered my dreams. Don’t I look adorable?
Sleep is incredibly important for your body. Every 24 hours, almost all – 98 percent – of the fat you burn while you’re on a diet and exercise program happens while you sleep. And almost all of the muscle you gain happens while you sleep, too – not while you’re working out.
The recovery process is actually the fat burning and muscle building process. Most adults in the United States average only about five and a half hours of sleep every night. But, listen to this: 3 more hours burns 400 more calories every night. That’s why it’s so important to get 8, 8-and-a-half, or even 9 hours of sleep.
A lot of so-called “certified trainers” tell you to be more active. But the truth is, you need more rest. So, don’t exercise more – exercise less.
Do yourself some good and take a nap. If you are working your muscles with our amazing negative-training X-Force machines, you will make deeper inroads into your muscles . . . and they’ll need more recovery time.
So get your sleep. Which is what I’m going to keep doing, right now.

"I feel stronger. I sleep better. My eating habits have completely changed. I have a lot of energy. I was also taking thyroid medications when I started. Since then, I'm down to half of the medications I was taking." *
