Why Having a Coach is Key

When you begin your workout journey, motivation is a driving force. During the process of your workout journey, that motivation can waver for a number of reasons. Even the most determined and dedicated people can fall off the wagon over time. When it comes to avoiding this, it’s all about resources.

As you engage in relationships you expand your efficacy as a person. Your efficacy is your ability to produce results and it is based on the resources that you have to put towards those results. Resources can be financial but they can also be so much more than that.

Resources not only expand your ability to produce results, but can have a transformational effect on you as a person, as well as on your identity, worldview and skill level.
